摘 要:以白炭黑作为硅源,以NaOH作为碱源,以四丁基氢氧化铵或四丁基溴化铵作为模板剂,添加同质晶种(Silicalite-2分子筛),水热晶化合成纯相Silicalite-2分子筛,采用XRD表征技术对样品进行了表征。详细考察了晶化时间、晶化温度、n(TBAOH)/n(SiO_2)、n(H_2O)/n(SiO_2)、n(NaOH)/n(SiO_2)以及晶种量等条件对Silicalite-2分子筛合成的影响,确定了最优合成条件:晶化时间为2 d、晶化温度为120-140℃、n(TBAOH)/n(SiO_2)为0.06-0.14、n(H_2O)/n(SiO_2)为46-67、n(NaOH)/n(SiO_2)为0.03-0.28、晶种量为2%-4%。Choosing silica hydrate as silica source, adding Na OH as alkali source, tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide as the template, and then adding seed(Silicalite-2) as crystal seed, by hydrothermal crystallization method, zeolite silicalite-2 with high purity and crystallinity was synthesized. The structure and properties were characterized and compared by XRD. The influence of crystallization time, crystallization temperature, n(TBAOH)/n(SiO_2), n(H_2O)/n(SiO_2), n(NaOH)/n(SiO_2) and crystallon contents on the synthesis of zeolite silicalite-2 was studied in detail, the best synthesis conditions were determined as follows:crystallization time 2 days, crystallization temperature 120-140 ℃, n(TBAOH)/n(SiO_2) 0.06-0.14、n(H_2O)/n(SiO_2) 46-67、n(Na OH)/n(SiO_2) 0.03-0.28, crystalline contents 2%-4%.
