摘  要:原油联合站加热换热工艺能流关系复杂,用热量大能耗高,是油田实施节能降耗的重要环节。首先绘制了东一联能流图,找出热损失和热能消耗的薄弱环节。利用夹点分析技术对换热网络进行节能潜力分析并提出节能改造措施。实施节能改造后节能效果显著。The energy flow relation in heating and heat exchanging process in crude oil combined station is very complex, the heat consumption is large and the energy consumption is high. The whole process is the important section of energy saving and reducing consumption. In this paper, the energy flow diagram for Dongyi combined station was plotted, and then the weak section of heat loss and heat consumption was found out. The pinch technique was used to analyze the energy saving potential of the heat exchanging network,and the measure of energy saving reconstruction was presented. The effect of energy saving was remarkable after the measure of energy saving reconstruction was taken.
