摘  要:为了解决畜禽养殖的恶臭气体所带来的一些系列环境问题,试验设计了生物过滤器关键部件的结构参数和运行参数,采用了三种不同填料配比组合处理盲禽臭气,对比臭气去除效果以及环境调控因素。结果表明:采用蚯蚓粪+木屑+堆肥配比的填料,在环境湿度为55%~65%时氨气去除率较高,最高可达96.76%,相比于其他两种填料去除效果更佳;但由于环境调控因素多,应在不明显影响去除率的情况适当增加一定量珍珠岩等无机物质,以减少运行成本。To solve some of the series of environmental problems brought about by malodorous gases from livestock and poultry breeding, the structure and operation parameters of key components of biological filter were designed in the test. Throe different ratios of mixed padding were adopted to deal with the odor from livestock and poultry, and compare the odor removal effect and environmental controlling factors. The results showed that the removal efficiency of NH3 was higher when using sawdust and wormcast with compost as padding with the environmental humidi- ty of between 55% and 65%, which could reach 96.76% ; while the removal effect was better than the two other padding groups, however, there were a lot of environmental controlling factors to affect the removal efficiency of NH3. Inorganic material should be appropriately increased without obviously affecting the removal rate significantly, such as a certain amount of pearlite, which could reduce the operating cost.
