摘  要:为了研究蜜蜂残翼病毒(DWV)的遗传变异特点,试验从吉林某地蜂场疑似蜜蜂残翼病的病蜂中初步分离得到1株DWV毒株,采用RT-PCR技术扩增VP1基因并对其进行检验分析。结果表明:基因测序结果与Gen Bank中的DWV毒株衣壳蛋白VP1基因序列同源性为99%左右;将此分离毒株DWV的VP1基因核苷酸序列与Gen Bank中的10个序列进行系统遗传进化树分析,证实其与AB070959.1、NC_005876.1的同源性最近,而与HM067437.1、KJ437447.1的同源性最低。To study the genetic variation characteristic of Deformed wing virus (DWV) in honey bees, a strain of DWV was initially isolated from the sick honey bees with suspected deformed wing disease in a bee farm from Jilin. RT - PCR technology was used to amplify VP1 gene, which was detected and analyzed. The results showed that the sequencing results of the VP1 gene shared about 99% homology with the sequences of capsid protein VP1 gene of DWV strain reported in GenBank. A systematic phylogenetic tree was used to analyze the nucleotide sequence of the VP1 gene from the DWV isolate and 10 sequences of the VP1 gene of DWV strains reported in GenBank. The results coJffirmed that the DWV isolate had the closest homology with AB070959.1 and NC_005876.1 strains in the nucleotide sequence, but had the lowest homology with HM067437.1 and KJ437447.1 strains in the nucleotide sequence.
