摘 要:遥感相机电子学系统在信号转换过程中会产生V/Q非线性和DN/V非线性,并均会对成像子系统的调制传递函数(MTF)造成影响。本文研究了这两种电子学非线性的产生机理和对MTF的影响并提出了相应的判别方法。从两种非线性的产生机理出发,建立了V/Q非线性和DN/V非线性模型,深入分析了两者对相机MTF的影响并进行了仿真实验。实验表明,非线性造成了电子学MTF的下降,使其由正常状态下的0.55下降为0.47,此外还导致MTF随照度变化。提出了基于视频响应曲线结合响应非均匀性(PRNU)噪声曲线区分V/Q非线性和DN/V非线性的方法并进行了仿真验证。仿真实验验证了提出方法的有效性,为系统设计、改进和非线性补偿提供了有力支持。The electronics system in a remote sensing camera will generate V/Q nonlinearity and DN/V nonlinearity in signal conversion processing and both of them effect the Modulation Transform Function(MTF)of the sub-imaging system.This paper focuses on the generation mechanism of two kinds of electronic nonlinearities and the effects of the nonlinearities on the MTF and proposes a discriminant method for the electronic nonlinearities.On the basis of the generation mechanism,the V/Q and DN/V nonlinearity theoretical models are established,their effects on the MTF of the camera are researched and a simulation experiment is performed.Experimentl results show that the MTF falls with electronic nonlinearity from 0.55 under a normal state to 0.47,and it also changes with illumination.Finally,a method based on combination of a video response curve and a Photo-response Non-uniformity(PRNU)noise curve is proposed to distinguish the V/Q nonlinearity and DN/V nonlinearity.The simulation is put forward and the feasibility of the proposed method is verified。The research provides strong supports for the design,improvement and nonlinearity compensation of remote sensing cameras.
