黄牛毛藓水提液对冬枣轮纹病致病菌抑制效应的初步研究

摘　　要：为了初步阐明苔藓植物的抑菌效应,以我国传统药用苔藓植物黄牛毛藓(Ditrichum pallidum)为试验材料,以冬枣轮纹病致病菌大茎点霉为受试菌株,采用菌丝生长速率法对黄牛毛藓配子体水粗提液进行了抑菌作用的初步研究。结果表明:黄牛毛藓水浸提液对大茎点霉有一定程度的抑制作用,且随着黄牛毛藓水浸提液浓度的增加,其抑菌效果愈加明显,在较高浓度(>40mg/m L)条件下,抑菌率达50%以上。因此,黄牛毛藓提取物在冬枣轮纹病的生物防治方面具有一定的开发应用潜力。he antibacterial effect of bryophyte Ditrichum pallidum with its water extraction were studied, which dis- tributed widely in Shandong province. The results indicated that Ditrichum pallidumhad restrain effects on Macropho- ma kuwatsukai to a certain extent. And the bacteriostatic effect is more obvious along with the increasing of extrac- tion concentration. At the concentration of 160mg/mL, its inhibition rate on Macrophoma kuwatsukai was more than 70%. As an import medicinal moss species, Ditrichum pallidumhad has certain development value in controlling harmful organism of‘ Dongzao＇ jujube.
