摘 要:目的探讨龙海市褐云玛瑙螺感染广州管圆线虫情况。方法按不同调查点,采集褐云玛瑙螺,用捣碎匀浆法,检查广州管圆线虫Ⅲ期幼虫。结果调查5个乡镇11个调查点,褐云玛瑙螺广州管圆线虫感染率为37.22%(166/446)。民宅院内外的垃圾或杂物堆放等、菜地或路边草丛、公园花圃等3类生境的褐云玛瑙螺广州管圆线虫感染率分别为70.75%(104/147)、23.65%(57/241)和8.62%(5/58),不同类型生境调查点螺广州管圆线虫感染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=110.011,P<0.05)。同一类生境,大螺的感染率及感染度均高于中小螺,但螺感染强度偏高的调查点,大螺与中小螺的感染率无差异。幼虫主要寄生于螺内脏软体部分,其中内脏、肺囊和肌肉的幼虫数分别占总幼虫数的91.74%、4.51%和3.75%。海橙调查点平均每只感染螺含幼虫59.30条。结论龙海市褐云玛瑙螺分布广泛,广州管圆线虫感染与其生态环境关系密切,当地为重度感染广州管圆线虫病自然疫源地。Objective To investigate the natural infection rate of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Achatina fulicasnail in Longhai city. Methods Achatina fulica snail were collected with mashed homogenate method and detected for the Angiostrongylus cantonensis larvae. Results Eleven sites in five towns were investigated..The natural infection rate of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Achatina fulica snail was 37.22%(166 / 446)on average..In these three ecological environments,such as the trash of outside house, the grass and parks, the infect rate were 70.75%(104 / 147), 23.65%(57 / 241) and 8.62%(5 / 58),respectively. The differences were statistically significant. In the same type of habitat, the infection rate and infection intensity of the large snails were higher than those of the medium and small snails, but in the areas with high infection intensity the infection rate of large, small and medium snails had no significant difference. The percentages of larvae in snail visceral mass,.lung sacs and larvae muscle were 91.74%,.4.51% and 3.75%,resepectively..On average each positive Achatina fulica snail contains 59.30 of Angiostrongylus cantonensis larvae in Haicheng of Longhai. Conclusion Achatina fulica snail was widely distributed in Longhai city..The infection of Angiostrongylus cantonensis was closely related to its ecological environment..The city was the severe natural foci of Angiostrongylus cantonensis infection in snails.
