摘 要:目的了解深圳市龙岗区监测点人群的流感抗体水平,为预防和控制流感疫情提供依据。方法应用血凝集抑制试验对不同年龄组人群的血清进行流感抗体检测。结果 2009~2014年我区人群中各型流感病毒的抗体阳性率均在40%以下,新H1N1、H1N1、H3N2、BV和BY的人群抗体阳性率分别为31.3%、32.5%、36.0%、18.6%和28.4%,BV抗体的阳性率低于其余4种抗体,差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.25,P〈0.05)。抗体几何平均滴度(GMT)分别为46.1、41.7、47.9、35.5和66.1,BY的GMT最高,与其余4种型别抗体差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.02,P〈0.05)。不同年龄组人群的流感抗体效价主要以1∶20、1∶40和1∶80为主。结论我区人群B型(Victoria)流感免疫抗体水平较低,应提高对易感人群的免疫接种水平。Objective To investigate the antibody level of influenza among the general population in Longgang District of Shenzhen City,and provide the basis for prevention and control. Methods The serum of people in different age groups were collected and the antibody level was tested by hemagglutination inhibition test assay. Results The positive rates of antibodies among health people for all strains of influenza virus during 2009-2014 were below 40.0%.The positive rates of new H1N1,H1N1,H3N2,BV and BY were 64.7%,82.3%,60.3% and 50.0%,respectively, and the geometric mean titers(GMT)of antibody were 46.1,41.7,47.9,35.5 and 66.1, respectively. Conclusion The antibody level of influenza B virus among general population had limited immunity. It is necessarily to enhance the immunization coverage level of susceptible population.
