摘　　要：根据对现有医疗废水检测方式的不足,设计了一种通过氯离子选择电极和可编程控制器（PLC）相结合的方法,实现了医疗废水中氯离子在线监测。在最优条件下,体系的测量范围为0~25800mg/L,线性回归方程为y=0.0006x＋4.0136,相关系数R^2=0.9999。该方法测量精度的相对标准偏差（RSD）为2.87%（100mg/L,n=6）和2.65%（20000mg/L,n=6）。加标回收率在99.8%~104.8%之间,平均回收率为101.8%（n=5）,仪器的检出限（MDL）为2.925mg/L。The online monitoring of chloride in medical waste water was realized by chloride ion-selec- tive with programmable logic controller （PLC）. In optimal conditions, the linear range of the method was 0-25800 mg/L, the equation of linear regression could be expressed as. y=0. 0006x＋4. 0136. The correla- tion coefficient was 0. 9999. The measuring precision of relative standard deviation （RSD） of this method was 2.87% （100 mg/L, n = 6） and 2.65% （20000 mg/L, n -= 6）. The recovery was in the range of 99.7%-104.8%, the average recovery was 101.8%, （n%5）. The limit of detection （MDL） was 2. 925 mg/L.
