摘 要:针对FSC赛车发动机进气系统开发,进行了三维建模设计与CFD仿真优化分析。确定了进气形式和节气门体形式,根据比赛规则要求针对所采用发动机对限流阀稳压腔进行了设计,对进气歧管的长度进行了理论计算和选择。应用CATIA软件建立了三维模型,将模型导入到ANSYS软件里面对限流阀和进气系统整体进行了CFD分析。设计与分析结果表明:进气系统进气压力分布均匀,充气效率高,进气流畅且无迟滞现象。For the development of FSC racing engine air intake system, the three dimensional model is designed and CFD simulation optimization analysis is done. The intake form and throttle body are determined. According to the rules, the engine flowlimiting valve and voltage stabilizing cavity are designed. The theoretical calculation for the length of the intake manifold is done. The three dimensional model is established by the CATIA software. The model is imported into the ANSYS software and the CFD analysis is done for the flow-limiting valve and air intake system. The design and analysis results show that the air intake system is of uniformly inlet pressure distribution, high charging efficiency and there is no hysteresis phenomenon.
