摘 要:以一款载货车车架为研究对象,对车架有限元模型建立过程中结构的简化方法和悬架的模拟方法进行了探究。论述了位移功率谱密度值的求解方法。对车架进行相同车速不同路面下的谱分析和相同路面不同车速下的谱分析。通过分析找出了车架最大变形位置的共振频率。据求解结果可知路面条件越差、车速越高,车架产生的振动越强烈。A truck frame was taken as the research object, whose finite element model was established. During the process, the simplification for geometry model and the simulation method of suspension were discussed. The solving method of displacement power spectrum density was researched. The spectrum analysis of truck frame was conducted in different road roughness with the same velocity and in the same road roughness with different velocity. The resonance frequencies at the maximum deformation position were obtained. According to the results, it can be known that vibration of the frame is getting worse in bad road conditions with higher speed.
