高校人文社会科学科研投入产出效率评价——基于DEA二次相对效率和超效率模型的实证分析

摘　　要：高校科研是一项多投入、多产出活动,其效率评价是一项较为复杂的系统工程。文章以南京师范大学和南通大学中的15个人文社会科学类学院为被评对象,采用DEA方法,构建二次相对效率和超效率模型,对被评对象科研效率进行实证研究。结果显示:被评对象的科研技术效率和管理效率不存在明显的线性关系;从整体看,被评对象科研综合效率参差不齐,部分学院仍有上升空间。University scientific research is a multi - input and multi - output activity, and its efficiency evaluation is a complex system project. In this paper, the binary relative effective model and super effective model are constructed in an empirical study on the scientific research efficiency with using DEA method, based on the 15 humanities and social sciences colleges and 2 local comprehensive universities in Jiangsu province. It is showed that there is not obvious linear relationship between the evaluated object＇ s scientific research efficiency and management efficiency. View the situation as a whole, the evaluated object＇ s scientific research comprehensive efficiency is uneven, and some colleges still have the rise space.
