摘　　要：文章从绩效预算制度改革的角度,探索基于绩效的本科教育投入内生增长机制,即通过本科教育质量的提高去获得办学资源。具体内容包括生源竞争中的学生选择机制、资源竞争中的效率配置机制和生存竞争中的教育主体进入与退出机制。From the perspective of performance budget system reform, this paper explores the endogenous growth mechanism based on the performance of undergraduate education investment in order to get educational resources by improving the quality of undergradu- ate education. The specific content includes competition of student source in the student selection mechanisms, resource competition in efficiency of resource allocation mechanism and survival competition in the subject of education entry and exit mechanisms.
