生态视角下高校协同创新人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：搭建以产学研一体为特色的校企协同创新育人平台,是当前行业特色型高校在培养专业性人才过程中所主要采用的模式与手段。然而,在实际运作过程中,这一模式却存在合作关系不紧密、运作机理不配套等现状缺失。文章基于对当前校企合作育人过程中出现的具体问题的思考,站在社会生态系统角度上,提出应将依托产学研一体化模式培养人才的过程视为一个系统整体,通过突出系统内各组成元素自身特点、强化元素间相互关系、生成资金纽带型运作机理,以实现特色型高校人才培养的长效化发展。Constructing the university - enterprise coordinated innovation training platform featured by the integration of industry, study and research is the main mode and means for the current characteristic universities in cultivating specialized talents. However, in the actual operation, not - close partnerships, not - matched operation mechanism and other problems are presented. For that reason, based on the specific problems existed in the process of university - enterprise coordinated innovation training, it is proposed in this paper that talent training process should be taken as an systematic entirety from the perspective of social ecosystem. In this system, their own features of various elements are highlighted ; the relationships between the elements are strengthened; the capital - linked operation mechanism is produced to realize the long - term development of characteristic universities talent training.
