摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同能源结构的日粮对断奶仔猪小肠黏膜二糖酶活性及基因表达的影响。试验选用健康、体况一致的杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪18头,随机分为3个处理组,每组6个重复。试验日粮的消化能值保持一致为14.8 MJ/kg,日粮的碳水化合物与植物性油脂的能值比(CEV/FEV)分别为11.7∶1.0、1.5∶1.0和1.0∶6.9。结果表明:随着CEV/FEV值的降低,小肠各段黏膜中乳糖酶、蔗糖酶和麦芽糖酶活性均呈下降趋势,表现为CEV/FEV为1.0∶6.9组的十二指肠黏膜乳糖酶、蔗糖酶和麦芽糖酶活性显著低于CEV/FEV为11.7∶1.0组(P<0.05);空肠黏膜中CEV/FEV为1.5∶1.0和1.0∶6.9组乳糖酶、蔗糖酶和麦芽糖酶活性显著低于CEV/FEV为11.7∶1.0组(P<0.05),1.5∶1.0与1.0∶6.9组间差异不显著(P>0.05);CEV/FEV为1.0∶6.9组的回肠黏膜蔗糖酶和麦芽糖酶活性显著低于11.7∶1.0组(P<0.05)。随着CEV/FEV值的降低,小肠各段黏膜SI m RNA表达量显著降低(P<0.05)。可见,随着CEV/FEV值的降低,仔猪小肠黏膜二糖酶活性及基因表达的降低表现出了对日粮能源结构变化的适应。The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of energy composition on disaccharide enzyme activity and gene expression of small intestinal mueosa of weaned pigs. Eighteen healthy pigs (Duroc ×Landrace × Yorkshire) were randomly divided into three treatments, with six replicates per treatment. Piglets were rceived three isoenergic diets for 14.8 MJ/kg. The diets of carbohydrate energy value/fat energy value (CEV/FEV) were 11.7:1.0, 1.5:1.0 and 1.0:6.9 respectively. The results showed that with the reduction of CEV/FEV, the trends of activities of lactose, sucrose and maltase of small intestinal mucosa were declined. The activities of lactose, sucrose and maltase of duodenum mucosa in CEV/FEV for 1.0:6.9 were significantly lower than CEV/FEV for 11.7:1.0 (P〈0.05). The activities of lactose, sucrose and maltase of jejunum mucosa in CEV/FEV for 1.5:1.0 and 1.0:6.9 were significantly lower than CEV/FEV for 11.7:1.0(P〈0.05). The activities of sucrose and maltase of ileum mucosa in CEV/FEV for 1.0:6.9 were significantly reduced compared with CEV/FEV for 11.7:1.0 (P〈0.05). With the reduction of CEV/FEV, SI mRNA expression of small intestinal mucosa significantly decreased (P〈0.05). Therefore, disaccharide enzyme activity and gene expression of small intestinal mucosa in weaned pigs were decreased, which was adapt to the change of energy composition.
