摘  要:本试验旨在探讨高水平代谢有机酸对AA肉鸡生长性能及肠道消化酶活性的影响。选取1日龄初始体重接近的雄性AA肉鸡192羽,随机分为4个处理,每处理4个重复,每重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加一定量的代谢有机酸产品,最终使日粮代谢有机酸浓度分别为1‰、10‰、50‰,试验期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,1‰代谢有机酸组肉鸡末重提高3.32%(P>0.05),50‰代谢有机酸组肉鸡末重降低61.34%(P<0.01);随代谢有机酸添加水平的提高,肉鸡血清尿酸和葡萄糖含量呈增加趋势;试验组肉鸡胃蛋白酶活性较对照组有所降低,其中10‰和50‰代谢有机酸组腺胃胃蛋白酶活性达到显著水平(P<0.05)。由此可得出,添加1‰水平代谢有机酸对肉鸡促生长作用明显,10‰水平代谢有机酸对肉鸡生长无促进作用,50‰水平代谢有机酸抑制肉鸡生长明显;添加有机酸会提高肉鸡血清中尿酸、葡萄糖含量,降低腺胃胃蛋白酶活性。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of high levels of metabolic organic acid on growthperformance and the activity of digestive enzyme. 192 AA broilers were randomly allotted into 4 groups with 4 repli- cates each group and 12 broilers each replicate. The control group was fed with basal diet, the treatment groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with 1‰, 10‰ and 50‰ metabolic organic acid. The experiment lasted 28 days. The results showedthat compared with the control group, the final body weight of the broilers fed with 1‰ metabolic organic acid was significantly increased by 3.32% (P〈0.05) and the final body weight of the broilers fed with 50‰ metabolic organic acid was significantly decreased by 61.34% (P〈0.01); the content of serum uric acid and glucose showed a increased tendency with dietary supplementation of metabolic organic acid increasing. The pepsase activities of AA broilers in treatment groups was lower to the control group, and the pepsase activities in group with 10‰ and 50‰ metabolic organic acid reached a significant level (P〈0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplemented with 1‰ metabolic organic acid can significantly promote growth for broilers, dietary supplemented with 10‰ metabolic organic acid do not effect the growth for broilers, dietary supplemented with 50%0 metabolic organic inhibited growth for broil- ers. Dietary supplemented with metabolic organic acid can improve the content of serum uric acid and glucose, de- crease the pepsase activities of glandular stomach.
