摘  要:以环戊酮为溶剂,采用冷却结晶的方式制备出毫米级球形黑索今(RDX)晶体,并对溶液浓度、晶种的添加、结晶温度、降温速率、搅拌速率等工艺参数进行分析,对晶体密度、长短轴比、堆积密度以及机械感度进行了测试。结果表明:所获得的毫米级球形RDX晶体表面光滑、结构密实,晶体密度达到1.813 g/cm3,长短轴比≤1.21,堆积密度1.29 g/cm^3;机械感度相比于普通RDX显著降低,摩擦感度从82%降低至62%,撞击感度从80%降低至52%.The millimeter-scales pheroidized RDX is prepared by cooling crystallization using cyclopentanone as a solvent. The effects of process parameters,such as solution concentration,addition of seed,crystallization temperature,cooling rate,and stirring rate,are investigated. The crystal density,axial ratio,bulk density,and mechanical sensitivity are tested. The results show that the millimeter-grade spheroidized RDX has smooth crystal surface and compact structure. The crystal density is 1. 813 g / cm3,the axial ratio is less than 1. 21,and the bulk density is 1. 26 g / cm^3. Its mechanical sensitivity is obviously lower than that of ordinary RDX,the friction sensitivity is decreased from 82% to 62%,and the impact sensitivity is decreased from 80% to 52%.
