摘　　要：借鉴已有可持续发展指标体系，构建了由金融生态系统、发展支持系统、风险控制系统三个子系统，11个状态层指标和33个变量层指标组成的我国商业银行可持续发展指标体系，并以长株潭城市群为例进行实证研究。通过收集该城市群2011～2013年商业银行相关指标数据，采用熵值法对其商业银行可持续发展水平进行了测度．表明目前长株潭城市群商业银行可持续发展仍主要依赖于金融生态系统和发展支持系统，风险控制系统的表现较弱。此外．商业银行的创新能力、流动性管理能力、经营管理能力和人力资源的表现较差，亟需从以上方面对商业银行的可持续发展能力进行提升。By referring to the index system of sustainable development, this paper establishes the index system of sustainable development of commercial banks which is composed of three subsystems of the financial ecological system, development support system,and risk-controlling system, 11 state level indicators and 33 variable level indicators. Moreover,an empirical research is conducted by taking the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan city group for example. By collecting the relevant data of commercial banks during 2011 to 2013 in the area, we measures the sustainable development of commercial banks in Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan by entropy method. The results imply that the sustainable development of commercial banks in this area mainly relies on the financial ecological system, and the development support system; however, the performance of risk controlling system is weak. Moreover, the performance of innovation ability, liquidity management ability, operations ability and the human resources is poor. Therefore, these abilities are urgently needed to be enhanced to promote the sustainable development level of commercial banks in this area.
