摘 要:以钢筋混凝土构件的变形性能指标限值为基础,建立基于构件性能的钢筋混凝土结构抗倒塌极限状态判别准则,并提出了"抗倒塌能力系数"的概念,用以定量评估结构的抗地震倒塌能力。在此基础上,按现行相关规范设计了27个典型钢筋混凝土框架结构,并采用文中建议的方法对结构在地震作用下的抗倒塌能力进行评估。结果表明:高度相同的框架结构,抗震等级越高,抗倒塌能力越强;抗震等级相同的框架结构,高度越大,抗倒塌能力越小;3层和6层框架结构的抗倒塌能力系数值大于1,具有足够的抗倒塌能力;抗震等级为二级的9层框架结构抗倒塌能力系数在0.5~0.8之间,应提高结构的抗倒塌能力;柱的轴压比和配筋率对框架结构的抗倒塌能力有较大的影响;框架结构层间位移角最大的楼层不一定是构件破坏最严重的楼层,仅用层间位移角评估结构的抗震性能尚有不足。A criterion for the collapse limit state of reinforced concrete structures on the basis of component deformation index limits was put forward,and the concept of collapse resistant capacity ratio R was proposed to quantitatively evaluate the collapse resistant capacity for the structures under strong earthquake actions. On this basis,27 frame structure models were designed strictly according to the current codes,and then the collapse resistant capacity of these models was evaluated by the proposed method. The results show that with the same height,the collapse resistant capacity ascends with the rising of seismic level,and with the same seismic level,the collapse resistant capacity descends with the increase of building height. The R values of the three-story and six-story frame structures are greater than one,suggesting sufficient collapse resistant capacity. The nine-story structures with seismic level two possess the R value between 0. 5 and 0. 8,thus their collapse resistant capacity should be strengthened. The axial force ratio and reinforcement ratio have major influence on frame structural collapse resistant capacity. The story with the maximum story drift might not be the one that is most severely damaged,adopting drift as the only index on evaluating structural seismic performance is inadequate.
