摘 要:伊朗Y油田K地层属于高温高压含硫化氢活跃沥青层,由于沥青分布与侵入规律不明、流体特征差异和地层压力差异较大,其中A井、B井、C井因沥青侵入被迫提前完井,未能实现设计钻探目的。由于国内外没有成功的经验可以借鉴,沥青侵入处理过程中尝试了常规的惰性材料堵漏技术、注水泥堵漏技术、水玻璃堵漏技术、化学固结堵漏技术、沥青固化技术,均未能有效解决沥青侵入问题。由于控制压力钻井技术可以精确地控制环空压力,当井口存在套压时,可以实现井口带压强钻。文章对活跃沥青层控压钻井技术进行了适应性评价,优选了控压方式、控压设备与参数,同时优化了相应的配套技术,如专打专封井身结构、欠饱和盐水泥浆、简化钻具组合等。控压钻井配套技术在D井成功钻穿沥青层,共计用时25 d,进尺371.5 m,实现了控压钻进、接立柱、起下钻、控压堵漏、下套管、注水泥等工艺,完善扩展了控压钻井使用范围,同时为沥青层安全钻进找到了一种有效的应对措施。The Kazhdumi formation in Y oil field exists HTHP active asphalt. Due to unclear asphalt distribution and invasion rules,the big differences of formation pressure and fluid properties,Well A,B,C are forced to be completed ahead of schedule due to asphalt invasion,failed to attain the goal of design and drilling. As there is no successful experiences can draw lessons at home and abroad,the technologies such as conventional inert material plugging technology,cement plugging technology,sodium silicate plugging technology,chemical consolidation plugging technology and asphalt solidification technology have been used,but these techniques cannot deal with active asphalt layer effectively. Because MPD technology can control annular pressure accurately,when casing pressure is found in wellhead,MPD can drill against casing pressure. The paper details the conducted MPD adaptation evaluation in active asphalt formation,optimized MPD method,MPD equipment and parameters,and corresponding MPD match technology optimized at the same time,such as realize specific drilling and sealing by adjusting the casing program,unsaturated salt mud,simplifying the BHA and so on. MPD match technology applied in Well D was used to drill through asphalt formation successfully. It took 25 days to drill through the asphalt formation with footage 371. 5m,realizing implements MPD drilling,making a connection,tripping,MPD plugging,MPD running casing,cementing etc. It perfected and expanded the MPD using range,at the same time a kind of effective countermeasures for asphalt layer security drilling has been found.
