摘 要:在钻井工程与井下防砂作业的一体化研究基础上,针对粉细砂特点与地层结构,合理设计管柱结构、滤砂管、充填装置、携砂液性能、砂浆排量等关键因素。简述钻井工程和采油防砂工程施工步骤,在春光油田进行水平井防砂完井一体化技术配套研究试验,试验结果可知,钻井作业与防砂作业都顺利完成,此技术具有水平井施工作业耗时短,固井费用低,防砂效果好等特点。Based on the research of drilling engineering and sand control,pip string structure,the sand filter tube,filling device,carrying fluid performance and mortar displacement were designed according to the silty sand characteristics and stratum structure. The drilling engineering and oil production sand control engineering construction procedure were briefly described.Horizontal well sand control and well completion integration was tested in Chunguang oilfield. The experimental results indicated that drilling operations and sand control operations were successfully completed. This technology is with such advantages as short operation time-consuming in horizontal well,low cementing cost and effective sand control.
