摘 要:乳化酸的稳定性对其运用效果具很重要作用,将纳米颗粒材料引入到乳化酸中从而提高其乳化稳定性。室内合成了疏水性较强的纳米颗粒材料,其平均粒度为106.4nm,表面水润湿接触角可达120°以上。表面疏水性的纳米颗粒材料可以与乳化酸的表面活性剂形成协同效应,对乳化酸稳定性大幅度提高;乳化酸中添加1.0%纳米颗粒材料后,缓蚀效果比常规乳化酸提高了23.7%。并联模拟岩心驱替实验表明,含有纳米颗粒材料的乳化酸选择性酸化过程中绝大多数进入油润湿的模拟岩心中,对油润湿模拟岩心改造的渗透率增加幅度为1.77倍,对水润湿的模拟岩心增加幅度为0.62倍。The stability properties are important for emulsified acid in application process. Nanoparticle can enhance stability properties of emulsion and be applied in emulsified acid.hydrophobic nanoparticles have been synthesized in laboratory,which average particle size is about 106. 4nm and water contact angle is about 120°. The hydrophobic nanoparticle can form synergies with surfactant of emulsifier for greatly enhancing the stability of emulsified acid. The retarding corrosion efficiency of emulsified acid which contains 1. 0% hydrophobic nanoparticles can be improved by 23. 7% compared to conventional emulsified acid. The core flow experiment shows that the majority of hydrophobic nanoparticle emulsified acid have been pumped into the oil wetting cores during selective acidizing,the permeability of oil saturated cores has been increased by 1. 77 times,and that of water-saturated cores has been only increased by 0. 62 times.
