摘  要:借鉴API标准测定压裂支撑剂充填层导流能力的评价实验方法,采用FCES-100型导流仪测定不同堵漏材料及配方组成情况下封堵区域的渗透率。实验表明,随着堵漏颗粒粒径的减小,封堵区域的渗透率逐渐降低,在不同粒径组合下,封堵区域的渗透率低于单一粒径;单一材料形成的封堵区域渗透率普遍高于不同材料复配的情况;全封堵情况是堵漏过程中最理想的封堵状态,缝口、缝内、缝尖三个封堵位置下,缝尖封堵时的渗透率最高,其次为缝内封堵,缝口封堵时的渗透率最低;随着裂缝宽度的增加,封堵区域的渗透率逐渐变大;相同堵漏材料配方下,采用油基钻井液时的封堵区域渗透率要高于水基钻井液。因此,建议在优选堵漏材料过程中,需综合考虑堵漏材料的承压能力及所形成封堵区域的渗透率。所得实验结果为优选堵漏材料及配方组成提供了科学依据,对有效解决井漏问题具有实际指导意义。After plugging fractures, the permeability of plugging zone formed by lost circulation materials should be low enough to prevent drilling fluid flowing through the plugging zone. For evaluating the permeability of the plugged zone,this paper carries out a series of experiments in laboratory. By learning from the experimental method of evaluation of fracturing proppant pack conductivity in API standard,the experiments are conducted to measure the permeability of plugged zone formed by different materials and different formulations by using the FCES-100 setup. The experimental results show that as the particle size decreases,the permeability of plugging zone also decreases for single particle size; for combination of different particle size,the permeability of plugging zone is lower than that of single particle size. In general,the permeability of plugging zone formed by only one type of material is higher than that of plugging zone formed by different materials. The location of the plugging zone may be full plugging,or fracture-inlet plugging,or fracture-middle plugging,or fracture-tip plugging. The full plugging is the ideal plugging status for controlling lost circulation. Among the three positions,fracture-inlet,fracture-middle and fracture-tip,the permeability of plugging zone of fracture-tip plugging is the highest,followed by the fracture-middle plugging,while the permeability of plugging zone of fracture-inlet plugging is the lowest. As the fracture width increases,the permeability of plugging zone increases. The permeability of plugging zone under oilbased drilling fluid is higher than that under water-based drilling fluid. Therefore,it is recommended to consider the plugging capacity and permeability of plugging zone together during selecting the lost circulation materials. The experimental results obtained in this paper provide a scientific basis for optimum selecting lost circulation materials and have practical significance for controlling lost circulation problem effectively.
