槿柏洗剂体外对马拉色菌超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的观察临床治疗脂溢性皮炎的验方——槿柏洗剂对3种马拉色菌超微结构的影响,探讨其作用机理。方法在液基微量稀释法的基础上进行改良,采用含油的培养基作为马拉色菌的液体培养基,制作菌落标本,置入不同浓度中药药液中分别作用8h,24h,48h,扫描电镜下观察其细胞超微结构的变化。结果槿柏洗剂分别于8h,24h,48h作用马拉色菌后,其超微结构呈现出孢子的连续性破坏表现。结论本研究从微观角度说明了槿柏洗剂对球形马拉色菌、合轴马拉色菌、限制马拉色菌具有抑菌或杀菌的作用,为临床验方奠定理论基础和疗效依据。Objective To study the effect of Jin Bai lotion,which is used to treat seborrheic dermatitis of scalp, on the ultrastructure in 3 strains of Malassezia and the mechanisms. Methods Oil containing liquid medium was used to culture Malassezia. After treatment with various concentrations of Chinese medicine for 8,24,48 hours, the ultrastructural changes in the Malassezia were observed with SEM. Results The structural damage was seen in Malassezia spores treated with Jin Bai lotion for 8,24,48 hours. Conclusion The ultrastructural study shows bacteriostatie or bactericidal effects of the Jin Bai lotion on Malassezia, providing a rationale for using Jin Bai lotion to treat certain skin disorders.
