摘 要:目的分析云南省长期不进展HIV感染者CD4+T淋巴细胞计数和病毒载量与中和抗体活性的相关性。方法选择云南省病程长期不进展(≥10年)的全部HIV感染者为研究对象,取得知情同意后,抽取10m L静脉血进行病毒载量测定、CD4+T淋巴细胞计数检测和HIV-1假病毒的中和实验。使用Excel建立数据库,并使用SPSS19.0进行数据处理和统计分析。结果长期不进展者血清对假病毒SF162,JRLF,CNE5,CNE11,CNE15均有一定的抑制作用;长期不进展者血清对假病毒CNE5的中和抑制率与病毒载量呈正相关(r=0.249,P=0.01);同时对假病毒JRLF(r=-0.211,P=0.021),CNE5(r=-0.281,P=0.002),CNE11(r=-0.191,P=0.036),CNE15(r=-0.202,P=0.027)的中和抑制率与最近一次CD4^+T淋巴细胞计数呈负相关。结论云南省长期不进展HIV感染者血清对不同传播途径感染的病毒具有广谱中和活性;中和抗体活性与病毒载量呈正相关,与CD4+T淋巴细胞计数呈负相关。Objective Correlation analysis of viral load and CIM + T counts with neutralizing antibody activity in long term HIV non-progressors (LTNP) in Yunnan province. Methods The HIV patients with no progression for more than 10 years were enrolled in the present study. After obtaining informed consent, 10mL of venous blood was collected from each patient for assessing viral load, CIM+T counts and fake HIV-1 viral neutralization. Data were analyzed with SPSS19. 0 software. Results The serum from LTNP exhibited certain inhibitory effect for fake virus SF162 ,JRLF,CNE5 ,CNEll and CNE15. The inhibitory rates of LTNP serum for false virus CNE5 were positively correlated with viral load ( r = 0. 249, P = 0. 01 ) . Meanwhile the inhibitory rates of LTNP serum for the fake virus JRLF(r = -0. 211 ,P =0. 021 ), CNE5(r = -0. 281 ,P = 0. 002 ), CNE11 ( r = - 0. 191,P = 0. 036 ), CNE15 ( r = - 0. 202, P = 0. 027 ) were negatively correlated with the last CD4 + T counts. Conclusion In Yunnan province, the serum from LTNP displays a wide range of neutralizing activity against virus infection. Neutralizing antibody activity was positively correlated viral load, while negatively correlated with CD4 +T counts.
