摘  要:目的探讨外用硼酸氧化锌冰片软膏维持治疗对局限性湿疹复发情况的影响及其安全性。方法 230例局限性湿疹患者,外用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,达到临床痊愈的患者随机分两组,分别外用硼酸氧化锌冰片软膏(硼酸组)或尿素维E乳膏(润肤霜组)维持治疗,共2周。停药后观察8周,记录复发情况。结果 165例患者进入维持治疗,硼酸组83例,润肤霜组82例。停药8周后,硼酸组复发率20.48%,润肤霜组37.80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。硼酸组缓解时间(44.12±16.20)d长于润肤霜组(31.80±13.81)d,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.001)。维持治疗期间,硼酸组不良反应率为2.41%,润肤霜组未见不良反应。结论外用硼酸氧化锌冰片软膏维持治疗局限性湿疹有一定的延缓湿疹复发的作用,且安全性较好。Objeetve To evaluate the efficacy and safety of compound boric acid and zinc oxide ointments for mainte- nance treatment of localized eczema. Methods Two hundreds and thirty patients cured from localized ecze- ma were randomly divided into compound boric acid group receiving compound boric acid and zinc oxide oint- ments, and emollient group receiving urea and vitamin E cream for 2 weeks. Recurrence rates were assessed 8 weeks after the discontinuation of treatment. Results One hundred and sixty-five patients, including 83 in compound boric acid group and 82 in emollient group, participated in this study. After without treatment for 8 weeks,the recurrence rates in the compound boric acid group and the emollient group were 20. 48% and 37. 80% , respectively ( P 〈 0.05 ). The remission time was longer in the compound boric acid than in emolli- ent group[ (44. 12± 16. 20) vs. (31.80 ± 13.81 ) days,P 〈0. 001 ) ]. The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.41% in the compound boric acid group during the maintenance treatment, and no adverse reactions were observed in the emollient group. Conclusion The maintenance treatment with compound boric acid and zinc oxide ointments can delay the recurrence of localized eczema and is safe.
