复方甘草酸苷对寻常型银屑病患者Th17细胞相关因子表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察复方甘草酸苷对寻常型银屑病患者Th17细胞相关因子表达的影响。方法选择我院皮肤科病房2011年4月至2014年10月期间确诊为寻常型银屑病的患者共计35例,按照具体用药治疗情况,分为2组。复方甘草酸苷组(19例),在常规用药基础上同时静脉滴注复方甘草酸苷1次/d,每次40 m L,共计4周;常规治疗组(16例)给予抗组胺药、外用维生素E乳膏等药物治疗;对照组(22例)为本院体检中心健康人群。检测三组外周血中IL-17、IL-23和IL-22的表达水平。结果银屑病患者与健康对照组相比,外周血中IL-17、IL-23和IL-22水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方甘草酸苷和常规治疗均可降低外周血中IL-17、IL-23和IL-22的表达水平,治疗前后自身对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方甘草酸苷和常规治疗相比,外周血中IL-17、IL-23和IL-22的表达降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Th17细胞相关因子可作为判断寻常型银屑病的指标,复方甘草酸苷治疗寻常型银屑病较常规治疗更有效。Objective To observe the effect of compound glycyrrhizin on the expression of Th17 cells related factors in patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Thirty-five patients diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris in dermatology department in our hospital from April 2011 to October 2014 were divided into 2 groups according to the specific drug treatment. Compound glycyrrhizin group（ n = 19） received intravenous infusion of compound glycyrrhizin once daily（ 40 m L）,for 4 weeks on the basis of the conventional treatment. Treatment group（ n = 16） was given antihistamines,topical vitamin E cream,and so on. Control group（ n = 22） enrolled healthy people from the health examination center. IL-17,IL-23 and IL-22 level in peripheral blood of the three groups were detected and compared. Results Before treathent,the IL-17,IL-23 and IL-22 levels in peripheral blood of psoriasis patients were significantly higher than those of cntrol group（ P〈0. 05）; After compound glycyrrhizin and routine treatment,the peripheral blood levels of IL-17,IL-23 and IL-22 decreased,there were significant differences（ P〈0. 05）; the levels of IL-17,IL-23 and IL-22 in peripheral blood in compound glycyrrhizin group decreased more obviously than those of routine treatment group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Th17 cell related factors can be used as an indicator of psoriasis vulgaris. Compound glycyrrhizin is more effective than conventional therapy in the treatment of vulgaris psoriasis.
