摘　　要：目的探讨浙江省中老年人骨质疏松症患病率与骨密度SOS值参考范围,为骨质疏松症的三级预防提供相关的依据。方法采用超声骨强度仪于2013年10月-2014年6月对浙江省4 297名中老年人进行桡骨远端的骨密度测量,并运用SPSS19.0分析该人群骨质疏松症患病率与骨密度SOS值参考范围。结果 (1)中老年女性、男性骨质疏松症的患病率分别为46.27%、17.35%;55岁以上同年龄女性高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且随着年龄的增长,女性骨质疏松症的患病率逐渐增高(P<0.05);(2)骨密度正常的中老年男性、女性的SOS值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且女性的SOS值、T值分别与年龄具有相关关系(P<0.05);(3)中老年女性、男性SOS值95%的参考值分别为(3 940.38,4 522.22)m/s、(3 905.27,4 474.15)m/s。结论中老年女性的骨质疏松症患病率高于男性;且中老年女性的SOS值、T值随着年龄的增长,逐渐下降。Objective The study aimed to investigate the prevalence of osteoporosis and the reference range of SOS in bone densitometry among middle-aged and older adults in Zhejiang Province, so as to provide references for the tertiary prevention of osteoporosis. Methods Ultrasound bone densitometry was conducted on the distal radius of 4297 middle-aged and older adults between October of 2013 and June of 2014. The results were analyzed by SPSS19.0 to assess the prevalence of osteoporosis and the reference range of SOS among the subjects. Results （1） The prevalence of osteoporosis among the female and male subjects was 46.27% and 17.35%, respectively. The prevalence among female over the age of 55 was significantly higher than that among female （P〈0.05）; and the prevalence among female was shown to increase with age （P〈0.05）. （2） Difference in SOS value was statistically significant between healthy middle-aged and older male and female （P〈0.05）; and SOS and T values among female were shown to correlate with age （P〈0.05）. （3） 95% reference intervals of SOS among middle-aged and elderly female and male were （3940.38, 4522.22） m/s and （3905.27, 4474.15） m/s, respectively. Conclusion The prevalence of osteoporosis in middle-aged and elderly women is higher than that in men, and SOS and T values of middle-aged women gradually declines with age.
