摘  要:微小RNA(micro RNAs)是一类长度约为22个核苷酸的非编码单链RNA分子,研究发现其在血液中的表达量具有高度稳定性,并与某些疾病的发生及患病程度密切相关,因而以micro RNAs为靶标有望建立相应的快速、简便、无创的新型诊断方法。本文将简要介绍micro RNAs在艾滋病、肺结核、病毒型肝炎等传染性疾病诊断中的应用,为传染性疾病的诊断提供参考。MicroRNAs are a kind of noncoding single stranded RNA molecules formed by about 22 nucleotides. Research found out that microRNAs have high stability expressed in the blood. Also they are closely related to the occurrence of some diseases and the degree of sickness. Therefore, it is hopeful to establish a correspondently fast, convenient and atraumatic new diagnosis method by taking microRNAs as a target. This article gives a brief introduction to microRNAs and its application in diagnosing infectious diseases, such as Aids, phthisis and viral hepatitis, which provides a reference to the further development of new diagnoses of infectious diseases.
