摘 要:酒钢镜铁山矿为扩大产能、降低生产成本,在其桦树沟矿区V矿体采用了大间距大结构参数方案,但现行的大间距结构参数在采用低贫化放矿时,其整体岩石混入率高出矿山设计要求5个百分点。为改善矿石回收效果,通过物理模型进行了初步模拟实验,对比研究了不同结构参数的放矿效果。研究表明:现行的大间距结构参数是造成岩石混入率偏高的重要原因,采用20m×20m×3.0m的结构参数能获得更优的回收效果。In order to expand production capacity and reduce production cost, a program with large structural parameters was adopted for the No.5 orebody of Huashugou mining area in Jingtieshan Iron Mine. But the mixing rate of whole rock under large structural parameters was higher than the stand- ard design by five percentage points during the low-dilution drawing. For improving recovery effect, the drawing effects of different large structural parameters were compared and studied through preliminary physical experiments of models. The 'research showed that the existing large structural pa- rameters were the important reasons to cause high mixing rate of rock, and the structural parameter of 20 m×20 m×3.0 m could acquire a better recovery effect.
