摘  要:锗是具有稀缺性、战略性的一种重要伴生金属资源,广泛应用于红外光学、光纤通讯、太阳能电池等领域。我国是全球锗生产和供应大国,富锗矿产地主要分布在云南及内蒙古地区。分析了我国锗资源的特点、分布、储量、产量、供需形势及市场价格,指出了当前我国锗资源开发利用过程中亟需解决的地质勘查程度低、资源利用率不高、市场管理滞后、产品结构不合理、进出口配额失衡、战略储备不足、工艺设备落后及环境污染严重等问题,提出了加大勘查力度、改进提锗工艺、规范行业秩序、优化产业结构、调整进出口配额、增加战略储备、重视环境保护等促进我国锗产业健康可持续发展的政策建议。Germanium is a significant associated metal mineral with scarcity and strategy, which is widely used in infrared optics, fiber optics, solar cells and so on. China is a large country for the production and supply of germanium, and its rich germanium minerals are mainly distributed in Yunnan province and Inner Mongolia province. Based on the analysis of the characteristics, distribution, reserves, production, supply and demand, as well as market price of germanium resources in China, some urgent problems during the devel- opment and utilization of germanium are put forward at pres ent, such as the inadequate geological exploration, low utilization, imper{ect market management, irrational germanium industrial structure, unbalanced import and export quota system, insufficient strategic reserves, backward technology and serve environmental po!lution. Therefore, some policy based suggestions are proposed to promote the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese germanium industry, for example, enhanei-g the exploration strength, improving the refining technology, standardizing the inctustry order, opti- mizing the industrial structure, adjusting the export quotas, increasing the strategic germanium reserves, as well as pay- ing attention to environment protection.
