摘 要:为了降低炼钢过程能耗,对包钢炼钢厂100tVD精炼炉真空脱气设备进行了改造,引进了干式机械泵抽真空系统。介绍了该系统的主要组成、工艺结构、技术优势及现场使用效果,同时计算了干式机械泵抽真空系统的主要能源消耗量,并与传统的蒸汽泵作比较,干式机械泵能源消耗为蒸汽喷射泵的10%以下。包钢炼钢厂采用的干式机械泵抽真空系统实现了4min之内到达深真空状态(100Pa),钢中w(H)<1.5×10-6。To reduce energy consumption of steel making process,the vacuum degassing equipment of 100 t VD refining furnace in the steelmaking plant of Batousteel was revamped and the dry vacuum pump system was introduced.The key component,the process structure,the technical advantages and the using effect of the system were discussed.The main energy consumption of the dry vacuum pump system was calculated.Compared with the traditional steam pump,the energy consumption of dry vacuum pump system was only 10 % of the steam pump.After adopting dry vacuum pump system in the steelmaking plant,the deep vacuum state(100Pa)was reached within 4minutes and w(H)in steel was less than 1.5×10^-6.
