摘 要:综述了当前国内锰系铁合金存在的主要质量问题,提出了杂质的去除方法。若锰系铁合金中的杂质在炼钢过程中不能有效去除,或者超过钢种的要求范围,且在炼钢末期时加入的,这时锰系铁合金才需要精炼。未来的锰系铁合金分为普通产品和纯净产品,纯净锰系铁合金通过锰硅铁合金和中、低碳锰铁炉外精炼获得。The main quality problems of manganese ferroalloy were reviewed,and suggestions were proposed to remove the impurities.It should be noted that the secondary refining of manganese ferroalloy was needed only when the impurities in manganese ferroalloy could not be effectively removed in the steelmaking process and were beyond the accepted limits of the steel specification,or manganese ferroalloy was used as finial deoxidizer or trimming addition during the later stages of a heat.Future manganese ferroalloy products should be divided into common and clean products.Clean manganese ferroalloy could be obtained by the secondary refining of silicomanganese ferroalloy and medium or low carbon ferromanganese.
