摘　　要：目的分析腹股沟疝无张力修补术后复发原因和对策。方法随机抽选2004年7月—2013年8月,该院接收腹股沟疝无张力修补术复发患者30例为观察组,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析;同期选择接收腹股沟疝无张力修补术患者30例为对照组,观察患者复发情况,并制定解决对策。结果临床结果显示,导致修补术后复发因素包括自身因素,复发患者15例;手术因素,患者9例;混合因素,复发患者6例;临床针对性措施实施后,复发率明显减少,复发例数2例,复发率为6.7%,和对策实施前相比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论腹股沟疝无张力修补术复发原因和患者自身年龄、手术承受能力、手术因素等密切相关。因此,临床手术期间需和患者实际情况相结合,耐心讲解手术注意事项,并确保网片固定牢靠,以便降低手术复发率。Objective To analyze the causes of the recurrence of inguinal hernia after tension-free hernioplasty and its countermeasures. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with recurrence of inguinal hernia after tension-free hernioplasty admitted in our hospital during July 2004 and August 2013 who were assigned to the observation groups was retrospectively analyzed; other 30 patients who underwent tension-free inguinal hernia repair in our hospital during the same period were assigned to the control group, and countermeasures were developed based on the observation of recurrence. Results The clinical results showed that the factors of recurrence included： patients＇ factors in 15 cases; operative factors in 9 cases; mixed factors in 6 cases. After the implementation of targeted measures, the recurrence was found only in 2 cases, accounting for 6.7% with the significant reduction of the rate, and the difference was statistically significant compared with before（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The recurrence of inguinal hernia after tension-free hernioplasty is closely related to age, affordability to operation, operative factors etc. Therefore, in order to reduce the recurrence rate, the operation should be performed based on the patients＇ actual condition and the mastering of the points for attention, and the mesh must be fixed firmly during the operation.
