清胰汤对急性胰腺炎患者早期胃肠功能恢复的影响探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨清胰汤对急性胰腺炎患者早期胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法该院随机选取了2012年10月—2014年10月期间来治疗的60例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,利用计算机软件把60例患者随机分成两组,观察组和对照组,每组分别30例患者。给予对照组常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上使用清胰汤治疗,比较观察两组临床疗效。结果观察组患者体温恢复时间为(6.21±1.32)d、血淀粉酶恢复时间为(5.23±0.84)d、腹胀缓解时间(4.2±0.5)d、住院时间为(16.8±5.2),各指标均优于仅使用常规治疗的对照组患者。观察组胃肠蠕动的恢复时间比对照组明显短。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性胰腺炎患者在常规治疗基础上使用清胰汤进行治疗可促进患者胃肠功能及时恢复,应临床推广。Objective To study the effect on application of decoction for clearing pancreas to patients with acute pancreatitis in early recovery of gastrointestinal function. Methods 60 cases of acute pancreatitis patients, accepted by our hospital from October2012 to October 2014, selected as the research object, were randomly divided into two groups by software, the observation group and the control group, each with 30 cases of patients. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with decoction for clearing pancreas on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results Body temperature recovery time in the observation group was（6.21±1.32）d, blood amylase recovery time was 5.23±0.84 d, abdominal distension ease time was（4.2±0.5）d, duration of hospital stay was（16.8±5.2）, each index was better than that of patients only using conventional treatment in the control group. The recovery time of gastrointestinal motility in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of in the control group. Difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）, was statistically significant. Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment to patients with acute pancreatitis, the application of decoction for clearing pancreas could promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients, and should be promoted.
