摘　　要：锤状指是一种人们日常生活中较常见的损伤,若早期处理不当可导致慢性并发症,造成疼痛、功能障碍,并影响美观。大多数受伤可以非手术治疗,手术治疗也可应用于急性、慢性槌手指或失败之前的治疗中,应根据病情、医疗条件、医生的治疗方法掌握程度来制定具体治疗方案。该文旨在通过检索国内外骨性锤状指相关文献,了解骨性锤状指国内外治疗进展。Mallet finger is a common injury, the mishandled can lead to chronic complications early, such as pain, dysfunction,and affect the appearance. Most injuries can be non-surgical treatment. Surgical treatment may be applied to acute, chronic, or failure mallet finger before the treatment. we should develop specific treatment programs be based on illness, medical conditions and doctor＇s treatment of mastery. This paper aims to retrieve abroad bony mallet finger relevant literature, understand bony mallet finger progress of treatment.
