摘　　要：描述一种新型智能电动执行机构,该智能电动执行机构基于国内自主开发的CMC芯片。介绍该智能电动执行机构的工作原理、主要结构及主要功能,简述CMC芯片的功能及开发流程。A new type of intelligent electric actuator is described in this paper. The intelligent electric actuator is based on CMC chip which was developed by domestic independent. This paper introduces the working principle, main structure and main function of the intelligent electric actuator. The function and development process of CMC chip are also introduced in this paper.
