摘 要:运行表明SF6气体分解产物检测方法成为了气体绝缘设备状态检测的有效手段,但分解产物与设备故障关系及其现场应用参考指标等有待深入研究。本文提出了SF6气体分解产物与设备故障的建模方法和流程,对开断电弧、局放和异常发热下的分解产物实验数据进行了统计分析,建立了设备在典型工况下的分解产物概率模型,并通过现场实测验证了建模方法和概率模型的有效性。利用建立的概率模型,提出了设备故障概率估计的贝叶斯构想,为运行设备状态评价提供了有效依据。The method to measure SF6 decomposition products in gas insulated equipment becomes the effective tool for equipment state detection. But the relation between the decompositions and equipment faults and the reference contents of the decompositions for field application need to be further investigated. In this paper the method and flow of modeling for the relation was studied and proposed. The decomposition data of the breaking arc, partial discharge and abnormal heating tests have been used to establish the decompositions probability models under the different equipment conditions. And the field measurement results have shown the modeling method and probability model are valid. The Bayes statistics based on the decomposition models to estimate the probability of equipment fault was provided in the end, which provides the effective basis for the equipment condition evaluation.
