摘 要:利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/Ls-Dyna数值模拟二斜辊矫直机对棒材的矫直过程,重点是依据动力显式算法进行二辊矫直机动态模拟仿真及工件矫直精度的计算。将三维建模软件Pro/E与有限元分析软件ANSYS进行无缝连接,在Pro/E中进行三维建模并导入ANSYS中,在ANSYS/Ls-Dyna中建立二辊矫直机矫直过程数值模型,并利用ANSYS自带的前处理软件Ls-Prepost对K文件进行修改,实现上下矫直辊的转动,利用Ls-Dyna Manager启动Dyna求解程序载入K文件进行求解,对棒材的矫直质量和矫直精度进行计算与分析,为矫直机的理论研究提供依据,为实践生产中矫直角度的调整及设备的维护提供参考。Using the finite element analysis software ANSYS/Ls-Dyna numerical simulation of two-rollers bar straightening machine straightening processes,focusing on two-roller straightening machine′s dynamic simulation and straightening precision calculations. First, through the study of professional interface between ANSYS and Pro Engineer, the seamless link of the two softwares. Straightening models are set up in the Pro/E and imported into ANSYS,then establish the two-rollers straightening machine's straightening process numerical model in the Ls-Dyna module of ANSYS. And using the pre-treatment software Ls-Prepost coming with ANSYS to modify the K file to effect rotation of the straightening rollers. Use Ls-Dyna Manager to start Dyna solver to solve K file. Finally analysis and calculates the straightening quality and straightening accuracy of the bar to provide basis for study of the theory of the straightening machine, and for straightening angle adjustment in practice production and provide references for the maintenance of the equipment.
