摘　　要：应用Pro/E三维建模软件对两柱掩护式液压支架的主要零部件进行三维建模,并在Pro/E中完成整个模型的装配。应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件模拟分析了液压支架内加载时整架应力分布和变形状况,分析和研究结果为液压支架的设计和局部结构优化提供了理论依据和参考。The 3D models of the main components of Two-column Shield hydraulic support were established and assembled in 3D modeling software Pro/E. The distribution of the stresses and deformation of the entire hydraulic support under the internal load were simulated and analyzed using the finite element software ABAQUS. The analysis and study results provide some theoretical bases and references for the design and structural optimization of hydraulic supports.
