摘  要:为提高对内外管压差流量计压力损失的认识,为流量计的优化设计提供一个重要基础,进行了关键因素对内外管压差流量计压损影响的Fluent仿真试验研究。定义了内外管压差流量计的等效直径比。在水为介质的情况下,设计了不同参数(等效直径比、异径比、雷诺数)下共计20组模型,从永久压损和压损比2个角度进行分析对比。In order to acquire a deep knowledge of pressure loss performance of inside and outside tube differential pressure flowmeter, provide an important foundation for the optimization design of this flowmeter,experiment using Fluent simulation has been carried out which is about the effects of key factors on the pressure loss of inside and outside tube differential pressure flowmeter. Equivalent diameter ratio of inside and outside tube differential pressure flowmeter is defined.Under the condition of water as the medium, Twenty models are designed in different parameters(equivalent diameter ratio,diameter ratio, Reynolds number), the test data are analyzed from two aspects:the permanent pressure loss and pressure loss ratio.
