摘  要:由于控制球磨机筒体转速与磨损衬板参数综合对球介轨迹的研究很少,故基于EDEM软件仿真下调控筒体转速与磨损衬板参数对球磨机球介轨迹影响的研究。以球磨机筒体转速、衬板磨损参数、球介的运动轨迹为研究对象,采用EDEM软件调节转速及磨损衬板为参数,分析球磨机介质运动轨迹。总结了调控球磨机转速能填补磨损衬板对球磨机球介的作用,从而提高球磨机的磨矿效率。Since the study of control mill ball speed and cylinder liner wear parameters on medium trajectory is rare, this paper study the impact of the adjustment of the mill cylinder speed and wear liner parameters to the trajectory of ball-mediated based on EDEM software simulation. With the mill liner speed, wear liner parameters and the medium trajectory as the object of the research, analyzed mill medium trajectory using EDEM software to adjust the speed and a certain amount of wear liner parameters. the conclusion suggest that the regulation of ball speed can compensate the effect of wear liner on the ball, thereby improving the efficiency of the grinding mill.
