摘 要:针对标准表比对法在线检定中,参数修改繁琐的问题,在现有流量计在线检定原理的基础上,讨论了实现自动检定的方法。借助智能流量计通讯接口,采用RS-485总线MODBUS RTU通讯方式,利用C#串口通信类和多线程技术实现了PC与流量计间的通信,并开发了自动检定程序。该方法基于总线通讯实现了智能化仪表的控制,是目前仪表检测的主要发展方向。实验室测试的结果表明该方法的检定精度可以满足工业应用的需要。Focus on the problem of on-line calibration to fix the parameter, the method of automatic calibration was discussed on the current principle of on-line calibration, and the application program was developed for intelligent flowmeters in production. Based on the bus communication technology, with RS-485 bus and MODBUS RTU mode, the communication between PC and flowmeters was achieved by using C# serial communication class and muhithreading technology. The method is to control the intelligent instruments by the bus communication, which is the direction of detection technology development. The test results show that the precision of calibration in laboratory can meet the needs of industrial application.
