摘　　要：介绍了液控单向阀结构、作用、原理、类型;阐述了在液压回路中的不同作用;分析了在采煤机液压系统中常见故障:反向无法开启、泄漏、振动、不能复位等,并提出解决方法;以MG200滚筒采煤机为例,进行典型案例说明。Introduced the hydraulic control one-way valve structure, function, principle, type; expounds the different role in the hydraulic circuit; analysis of the common faults in the hydraulic system of shearer： unable to open the reverse, leakage, vibration, can not be reset, and puts forward solutions; MG200 rolling drum shearer as an example, the typical cases to explain.
