天津市居民对“医养结合”的认知、态度及影响因素分析

摘　　要：研究天津市居民对"医养结合"的认知、态度(从参加意愿与期待情况角度考虑)及影响因素,为制定合理可行的政策提供一定依据。其调查方法:采用多段随机抽样的方法,以天津市退休居民为主要调查研究对象,对结果进行统计描述及logistic多元回归分析。其结果:超过八成的退休居民对医养结合模式不了解,基本了解的只占到一成;今后有意愿接受医养结合模式养老的,占到调查总数的61.9%,不愿意接受的仅占21.6%,另有16.5%的老人持观望态度;中医药融入,老年护理保险,政府资金支持是对医养结合模式最大的期待。研究结论:相关部门加强宣传与政策解读工作,对居家式模式加以侧重,推动中医传统的融入,增加资金支持。Objective： To investigate the residents＇ cognition ,attitude and influence factors of Medical-Nurs- ing Combined Care Model in Tianjin（the attitude is considering of the informants participation and expectation） and provide evidences for formulating reasonable and feasible policy. Methods：Using Multistage sampling method, selecting retired residents of Tianjin to be the main respondents, dealing the result with statistical description and logistic multiple regression analysis. Results：More than 80% of the retired residents has no idea about Med- ical-Nursing Combined Care Model, and only 10% of the retired residents basicly understand about this care modal. Among the willingness to accpte the Medical-Nursing Combined Care Model in the future,the 61.9% of people is willing to accept,the 21.6% is not willing to accept and another 16.5% holds wait-and-see attitude. Integrating traditonal Chinese medical,elderly care insurance system and governmental financial support has the largest expectation. Conclusion：The relevant departments would better to strengthen propaganda and policy inter- pretation work,focus on home style model, promote the integration of traditional Chinese medical and increase governmental financial support.
