摘 要:中国是世界上栽培果树面积和产量最大的国家,在一些区域已成为农民的主要收入来源,随着人们生活水平的提高,对果品的消费日益增长,果品安全成为消费者关注的焦点。发展有机果品受到资源、环境等因素限制,如何全面提高水果安全水平是果业未来面临的主要问题之一。对比国内外果品安全生产模式,以及对发达国家果品安全生产探索经验、市场发展趋势进行分析,结合国内当前生产现状,提出了超净绿色果品生产的概念。相对于绿色果品,超净绿色果品要求果品达到没有农药残留的水平,可从生产过程和即时检测监管产品。文中对果品生产过程中如何减少化学品污染,替代农药防治病虫害措施,果品生产过程控制,以及最终产品的监管进行了讨论,希望对果品优质、安全生产起到一定的推动作用。Both the scale and output of fruit production in China is the number one in the world. The fruit production becomes the main resources of farmer' s income in some area. As the living standards rise, the consumption of fruit increases sharply. But the consumers become more and more sensitive to the safety of fruit. How to produce safe fruits becomes one of the key factors for the present and future. Comparing the production systems in the world, the organic production is limited by the resources and other factors, while ultra-low residue production and pesticide residue-free production become more popular in Europe. Based on the situation in China, the concept of ultra-clean green fruit is recommended. Compared with green fruit , ultra-elean green fruit limited the pesticide residue to zero. How to reduce the chemical pollution, how to replace the pesticides in the pest control and how to manage the process of fruit production are discussed. It is hoped that the suggestion could promote the fruit production in some way.
