摘  要:‘早酥蜜’是以‘七月酥’为母本,‘砀山酥梨’为父本杂交选育而成的极早熟梨新品种。果实卵圆形,平均单果质量250 g;果皮绿黄色,果点小而密,萼片脱落;果肉乳白色,肉质极酥脆,汁液多,风味甘甜;可溶性固形物13.1%,可滴定酸0.096%,总糖7.84%,维生素C 54.6 mg·g^(-1),硬度(带皮)5.36 kg·cm^(-2),品质上等。该品种树势中庸,萌芽力高,成枝力中等,以短果枝结果为主,连续结果能力强。在河南郑州地区7月上旬成熟,货架期30 d,冷藏条件下可贮藏3~4个月。适宜在我国华北、西北及渤海湾等酥梨种植区推广种植。'Zaosumi' is a new extra early ripening and high quality pear cultivar bred by crossing 'Qiyuesu' and 'Dangshan Suli'. Its fruit is ellipse with greenish-yellow skin and small dense dots, average fruit weight is 250 g; Its flesh is creamy white, very crisp tender,juicy, sweet, quality good; The juicy contains 13.1% soluble solid, 0.096% titratable acid, 7.84% total sugar, 54.6 mg·kg^-1 Vitamin C, 5.36 kg· cm^2 fruit firmness. The vigor of growth of 'Zaosumi' was middle, germinating capability was high, branch development capability and the production was higher. The fruit is ripening in early July in Zbengzhou, China. Its shelf life can reach 30 days, and it can he stored in cold storage conditions for 3 to 4 months. It can be planted in North of China, Northwest of China and Bohai Bay.
