经济新常态下我国新兴产业创新发展路径研究

摘　　要：受经济转入新常态的影响,培育和发展新兴产业要从一味追求数量、规模,向追求质量和效益转变。在科学认知新兴产业发展内涵的基础上,提出构建"众创空间"、实现创新成果产权化常态发展、不断优化产业创新生态环境的建议。同时,结合产业技术创新中存在的"孤岛"现象,提出打通"孤岛"创新知识传输途径、激活现有沉睡知识等策略,以降低产业创新成本,促进产业快速发展。Affected by Chinese new economy normality,fostering and developing emerging industries should be transform from the simple way of pursuing quantity and size to to the way of pursuing quality and efficiency of industry.Based on scientific understanding of the significance of the emerging industries,put forward through the construction of the Co-Creation Space,to achieving the normal development of innovation property right and optimizing innovation environment constantly.At the same time,the combination of the current phenomenon of ＂island＂ in industrial technology innovation,plan to through the strategies get through the transport way of connecting the ＂island＂ of innovative knowledge and activate existing sleep knowledge for reducing the cost of industrial innovation,make services for industry development.
