摘　　要：通过构建我国战略性新兴产业创新能力评价模型,选取2009-2013年356家战略性新兴产业上市企业面板数据为研究样本,探究制度环境对企业创新能力的作用机理。考虑到我国各省域制度环境的差异,分别对各省域进行实证研究,以发现我国不同地区制度环境对战略性新兴产业创新能力的影响。Through building the appraisal model of innovation ability of strategic emerging industry in China,using 2009to2013 panel data of 356 strategic emerging industries listed companies as research samples,explores the mechanism of the institutional environment to the enterprise innovation ability.Then considering the differences of the provinces domain system environment in our country,respectively to empirical study of the provinces domain,more clearly the inquiry system in different regions of the influence of environment on strategic emerging industry innovation ability.
