个体科研合作行为研究述评

摘　　要：任何科研合作归根结底都是学者之间的个体科研合作行为,围绕以知识创造为目的的个体科研合作行为,从合作行为的测量方法、动机和收益、影响因素3个方面对国内外相关研究进行了梳理和评价。通过比较国内外研究现状,提出了3个有待深入的研究领域,即中国情境下的个体科研合作行为、个体科研合作行为的非结构性影响因素和海外引进人才的科研合作行为。Any levels of research collaboration rest fundamentally at the level of the individual researcher.Focusing on the individual collaborative behavior aiming at creating knowledge,the literature concerning the measurement,the motivation and benefits,the attributes of the individual-level research collaboration are reviewed.By comparing current studies by foreign and Chinese scholars,three research areas needing further study are summarized as the study of individual-level research collaboration with a Chinese background,the study of unstructured attributes of the individual-level research collaboration,and the study of overseas returnee scholars’ individual behavior in research collaboration.
